登录与加入家庭
使用注册邮箱或 Apple 登录。邮箱注册需要完成验证；没有收到邮件时，请检查垃圾邮件。家庭邀请码请私下分享：有效期为 7 天，只能使用一次。Google 登录尚未开放。
共享内容与同步
联网打开应用，必要时下拉刷新，可同步家人的安排。已保存的近期内容可在应用中查看；新建、修改和发送内容需要联网。请以成功保存的结果为准。
提醒与时间
请在每台手机允许通知，在具体日程内选择提醒时间，再联网打开同日同步。提醒由各台设备本地安排；另一设备改期、取消或调整权限后，这台手机需要联网打开应用，才能更新本机提醒。日程使用家庭时区。支持家庭时区的新版本在创建时自动读取设备时区，也可手动选择；已有家庭沿用上海时区。加入家庭或旅行不会自动更改家庭时区。
生日与学校通知
生日与纪念日支持公历和农历；手机可从家庭页进入，iPad 可从侧栏进入。学校停课、补课和调课通知先预览影响，再由你确认应用。国家工作日不会自动作为学校上课日。
私人安排
普通就医时间、地点可保存为家庭日程。医疗详情需要明确授权，更换陪同家人不会自动扩大详情权限。反馈权限问题时，请说明操作步骤，避免通过邮件发送敏感详情。
删除账号
进入「家庭 → 我的家庭与账号 → 删除账号」；尚未加入家庭时，引导页也可进入。阅读逐家庭影响，完成必要的管理员交接并再次验证身份后，可发起删除。Apple 关联账号需在 iPhone 或 iPad 重新完成原 Apple 账号核验。
删除会移除账号及本人保存的内容。仍有其他成人的家庭保留其他成员的内容；没有其他成人的家庭连同儿童档案和内容一并删除。删除后本机退出并清理缓存和提醒。请先阅读应用中的完整影响说明，删除不可恢复。退出登录或卸载应用不会删除账号。
AI 数据分享
文字助手在首次真实发送前，会说明向 DeepSeek 分享的数据并征求明确同意。你可以拒绝并继续使用日历，或在「家庭 → AI 数据分享」及助手的盾牌入口撤回、重新授权。撤回会取消在途请求、清空当前助手上下文和未保存草稿；已经发送的数据无法从本机收回。AI 草稿仍需你检查并确认保存。
家庭交流安全
可在留言或消息处举报不当内容、屏蔽发送者；在「家庭 → 家庭交流安全」查看举报和屏蔽情况、联系支持。屏蔽不隐藏共享日程与分工。家庭管理员可在授权范围内处理内容、移除成人成员或交接管理员角色；举报不会向管理员开放受限内容。

App support, privacy requests and safety concerns

Sign-in and invitations
Sign in with your registered email or Apple. Email registration requires verification; check your spam folder if needed. Share invitation codes privately. Codes expire after seven days and may be used once. Google sign-in is not currently available.
Sharing and synchronization
Open the app online, or pull to refresh, to sync family changes. Previously saved recent content can be viewed in the app. Creating, editing and sending content require a connection. Check that a save succeeds.
Reminders and time
Allow notifications on each device, choose reminder times for the event and open FamilyCal online. Reminders are scheduled locally. After another device changes, cancels or restricts an event, reopen this device online to update its reminders. Events use the family time zone. Versions with family time zone support detect it from the device when creating a family and allow manual selection; existing families keep Asia/Shanghai. Joining a family or traveling does not change its time zone.
Birthdays and school notices
Gregorian and Chinese lunar birthdays and anniversaries are available from the family page on iPhone or the iPad sidebar. Preview school closure, makeup class and schedule change notices before applying them. National working-day calendars do not automatically determine school dates.
Private details
An ordinary medical appointment's time and place can be a shared family event. Medical details need explicit access. Changing who accompanies someone does not automatically grant that access. Describe permission problems without emailing sensitive details.
Delete your account
Open Family → My families & account → Delete account. The entry is also available before joining a family. Review each affected family, select an adult administrator successor where required, and verify your identity again. Linked Apple accounts require fresh verification with the original Apple identity on iPhone or iPad.
Deletion removes your account and authored content. Families with other adults retain their members' content. Families with no other adults are deleted with their child profiles and contents. This device signs out and clears its cache and reminders. Read the complete in-app impact summary before confirming: deletion cannot be undone. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
AI data sharing
Before the first real request, the optional assistant explains sharing with DeepSeek and asks for explicit permission. You may decline and keep using the calendar. Review, withdraw or renew permission in Family → AI data sharing or the assistant shield menu. Withdrawal cancels pending requests and clears the current context and unsaved drafts. Data already sent cannot be recalled from your device. AI drafts still require your review and explicit save.
Family communication safety
Report inappropriate notes or messages and block their authors. Family → Family communication safety shows reports, blocked accounts and support contact. Blocking does not hide shared events or assignments. Administrators may manage authorized content, remove adult members or transfer administration. Reporting never grants access to restricted content.
